Lash Service Agreement

Clients must arrive without existing lash extensions unless previously discussed.

If you arrive with existing lashes that require removal or coverage, an additional fee will apply.

If I must apply new lashes over existing ones, you agree to accept the final result as is, with no adjustments or refunds.

Excessive blinking, watery eyes, or difficulty keeping eyes closed may affect the final results.

While I will do my best to accommodate, you understand that the outcome is based on what I can safely manage.

If I determine that I cannot complete the service due to client-related issues, I reserve the right to refuse service without a refund.

Lash removal services require an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance.

For fill-in appointments, at least 50% of lash extensions must be intact at the time of your visit. If less than 50% remain, you will be charged for a full set instead of a fill-in.

Groupon bookings are only valid for the specific lash set listed on the Groupon offer.

If you desire a different set, you must pay the price difference and may need to reschedule.

Timeliness is required. Arriving late may result in an additional fee or a rescheduled appointment at my discretion.

If you need to reschedule, please notify me in advance. Rescheduling due to existing lash removal or unapproved modifications may require an additional fee.
