Independent Contractor Agreement

This Agreement is entered into on this date by and between My Pretty Vanity Co., hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and Asia Jackson, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor.”

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Contractor will provide beauty and wellness services at My Pretty Vanity Co., operating as an independent service provider.

2. Service Terms & Compensation Structure

A. Couples Pricing via Groupon

• When performing services under the Couples Groupon Promotion, the Contractor will receive 50% of the total Groupon profit.

• From the Contractor’s portion, the Company will deduct $5 per Groupon service to cover product costs and inventory replenishment (provided by My Pretty Vanity Co.).

B. Full Price Couples Service ($300)

• When a couple books at full price ($300), the Contractor will receive 50% of the profit.

• From the Contractor’s share, $30 will be deducted by the Company to cover the cost of the provided products and supplies.

C. Waxing Services

• The Contractor will retain 100% of the service fees collected from waxing services.

• The Contractor is responsible for purchasing and maintaining her own waxing products.

• The Company will collect a $5 fee per waxing client for operational/rental space costs.

D. Foot Detox Services

• The Contractor will retain 100% of the fees from foot detox services.

• The Contractor must provide all necessary supplies and products.

• The Company will collect a $5 fee per foot detox client toward rental space and utilities.

3. Responsibilities

Contractor agrees to:

• Maintain all personal licensing and comply with local regulations.

• Supply her own products when required (waxing and foot detox).

• Uphold professional conduct and deliver services under My Pretty Vanity Co.'s brand standards.

The company agrees to:

• Provide workspace, access to amenities, and products when outlined above.

• Maintain general cleanliness and safety of the space.

• Handle bookings and promotional platform management (e.g., Groupon).

4. Independent Contractor Status

This Agreement does not constitute employment. The Contractor is an independent provider and responsible for her own taxes, licensing, and liability.

5. Term & Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a 7-day written notice. Any outstanding payments or product obligations will be settled upon termination.
