By scheduling and receiving services from My Pretty Vanity, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered: My Pretty Vanity offers professional esthetician services, including but not limited to facials, skincare treatments, waxing, and other related services.

2. Results Disclaimer: While My Pretty Vanity strives to provide the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary depending on factors such as skin type, health condition, and adherence to post-treatment care. My Pretty Vanity cannot guarantee specific results.

3. Appointment Policy: Clients must schedule appointments in advance. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Privacy Policy: My Pretty Vanity respects client privacy and confidentiality. Personal and health information provided during consultations and treatments will be kept secure and used only for the purpose of providing services.

6. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. My Pretty Vanity accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified.

7. Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent to receive services from My Pretty Vanity. Parent or guardian supervision may be required during treatments.

8. Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during appointments. Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will result in immediate termination of services.

9. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the services provided. Clients must follow post-treatment care instructions provided by My Pretty Vanity.

10. Changes to Terms: My Pretty Vanity reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any change.
